Our Elizabethtown United Soccer club is run by VOLUNTEER support from parents.  Not only does this include our coaching staff but our Program Staff positions as well.  These positions are extremely important to help keep the kids involved in a program they love.  We would hate to see the program need to close due to not having Volunteers to fill these roles.

Based on the positions, the league will consider waiving your player registration fees.

Positions available for 2021/2022 seasons
  • Fundraiser coordinator - help coordinate R&K fundraiser and come up with additional fundraiser opportunities to bring extra funds into the club; work with current coordinator for the Fall sale; then take over in January 2022 for Spring season

Soccer - Travel 2021-2022

Welcome to Elizabethtown United.

Once your child has aged out of our U8 IM program, they will either tryout for our Travel league or would chose our Recreational Soccer (per season) teams. If your player is passionate about soccer, we recommend our Travel league.

Here is a little information about our Travel league.

  • Travel teams are grouped yearly by age: U9, U10, U11, etc.
  • Travel league does hold a "tryout" for each age level starting with U9 up to U16.
  • Travel league players are required to purchase a uniform.
  • Travel Teams (U9-U13) will play in the Central PA Youth Soccer League (CPSYL),
  • The CPSYL teams are mainly Harrisburg teams, but some from Lancaster County
  • Travel time to the games could be 20-60 minutes
  • CPSYL offers a more diverse level of play, teams are placed within a division for their age group.
  • Travel teams practice 2 days a week with games on Saturdays or Sundays
  • Travel league is a full year commitment to play both Fall and Spring seasons.
  • Travel teams will take place in tournaments throughout the season.
  • U9-U13 recommendation is at least 1 tournament (fee not included in season cost)
  • For U14 through U19 level of play becomes either a tournament team or can still do league play

After tryouts are complete, we will let you know if your child has made the Travel team. If the player does not make the Travel team, we would encourage to sign up for the Recreational league to further develop skills for future years.

Travel tryouts are free. Registration costs shown are only charged if you make the team and accept the tryout offer.

FALL 2021 Fundraiser - R&K Sub Sale

Elizabethtown United Soccer family and friends:

The Fall Soccer season has started and it's time for our R&K Sub Fundraiser!

Please print the order forms attached to this email for subs and sandwiches to sell to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers then collect the money.

Money and orders must be turned in no later than Sunday 10/10.
I will be at the Rheems Elementary field area on Thursday 10/07 from 5:30-7:00 to collect forms and payments. You can also drop off at my (Amy Collins) house at 834 W Ridge Road, Etown, if that's more convenient (mailbox is fine or there will be a box on front porch).

Please make your checks payable to Rheems AA when returning your forms.
Do not make out checks to Elizabethtown United.  We also ask that you write your players name and a phone number on the order form to help us run the fundraiser more efficiently. All orders must be submitted through Rheems AA/Etown United in order to receive your refund for the opt out fee. No orders will be accepted after the deadline (10/10).

Please note that the coaches are not collecting the money/forms.

Families with one player are asked to sell 15 or more items. Families with multiple players are asked to sell 25 or more items. Please note that we do check to verify that the minimum amount has been sold and you will only receive a prorated refund.

Sub pick up will be Wednesday 10/20 from 4-5:30pm, at West Donegal TWP pavilion (One Municipal Drive, Elizabethtown PA).

If you have any questions, please call or text Amy Collins at 717-576-9480.
