Player/Parent Expectations

Have fun playing and watching the amazing sport of field hockey!  This league is a great way to get introduced to youth field hockey, grow your skills, make friends and be a part of a team.  ALL skill levels are given the same opportunity to learn and grow as a player and teammate.

Learn the fundamental skills of field hockey (passing, pulling right, shooting, defense, goalkeeping), but also how to be a supportive and respectful teammate and competitor.  Follow the good examples set by our VOLUNTEER coaches, cheer on your teammates, and respect referees.

Our league reserves the right to ask any player/parent to sit out of the remainder of the practice or game if they display poor sportsmanship or misconduct of any kind.  Repeat offenses could result in removal from the team/league.
